RETURN

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction. We accept returns within 15 days of receipt under the following conditions:

1) In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect product (holes, tears, wrong image on shirt, size not as ordered) we will either refund 100% of your payment or provide you a replacement product at our cost.  

2) In the event of sizing issues, we can provide exchanges upon receipt of the original product and a $7 restocking fee. 

3) Due to lack of USPS tracking beyond US borders, we cannot provide returns or exchanges for overseas orders.  However, for our overseas customers we can offer discounted prices for replacement in the event of one of the issues above.

BILLING 

We charge the price of the shirt plus shipping as calculated and shown in your cart. No other charges will be applied.  We do not store customer credit card information. Your transaction with www.coolpoptees.com is safe, we are SSL certified! PayPal accepts PayPal payments directly, AMEX, Visa, Discover, and MasterCard.

PRIVACY

Coolpoptees will never share your data with anyone. Your financial transaction is private and secured through PayPal or our SSL certified checkout.
